Low End Theory can trace its roots back to Sketchbook, a weekly gathering of producers in nightclub parking lots that started in 2003. As the "epicenter" of L.A.'s instrumental hip hop scene, Low End Theory has become one of the most influential venues for the 'beat music' genre.
